Welcome Sophia Lynn Abernathy

Well after much anticipation Sophia Lynn finally decided to come on her own Sunday before forcing Mommy into an induction on Tuesday. After a LOOONNG day of laboring, Sophia Lynn was born at 11:31 p.m., 8 lbs. 2 oz., 21 inches long. She is the most perfect baby girl I have ever laid my eyes on. I am a brand new Aunt and to say the very least I am so proud of her and my sister, she was amazing! I was privileged enough to make it for the delivery and spend a few days with the new bundle of joy. Here are a few pictures of the PEA!~

Excuses Excuses

Well really no reason but I am going to blame this recent NON-update on my precious niece that has yet to make her debut. For almost 4 weeks now I have slept with my phone next to me waiting ANXIOUSLY for that phone call saying she's coming! I am really wanting to get out and take some pictures so if you are interested please call me and we will schedule something. I am going to be reasonable with cost as I am just starting off! But since I have no niece yet I have been planning day to day waiting on her arrival. IN the mean time I snapped a couple pics of Katie & Skyler. Katie insisted on wearing the green dress again this day but I promise the child has other clothes :)

FATHER'S DAY 2010

Well I know Sunday was all about the Daddy's but I have to admit as a new Mommy I was still glowing. Dustin has been a Father for 6 years but this was his first special Father's day with Skylerbear! Skyler smiled more today at his Daddy than he ever has, it was so neat and special on Father's day. It really was like he knew that it was an important day for Daddy! I am beginning to realize that even with a a routine and although I feel like he's getting easier to manage I still have such limited time for myself and photography. I am working on it though and I am convinced I will find a place for it! So on the way out for church I snapped a few moments of such a special day for my husband and our family. Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's out there, my amazing Father Jerry Goff, my husband Dustin and my brother n' law Daddy Abby!
